At Comfort Inn & Suites in Mandan, ND, we’re looking for a dependable and dedicated Assistant Head Housekeeper (AHHSK) to lead and inspire our housekeeping team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
As our AHHSK, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel at home:
- Lead with positivity, teamwork, and effective communication to build team morale.
- Assist in daily operations, including planning, delegating, and supporting staff with room and laundry tasks.
- Perform detailed room checks and hold the team accountable for high cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the front desk and management to address urgent needs and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment, ready for the next day’s operations.
- Step in when the hotel needs arise, including weekends, holidays, and occasionally on your scheduled days off.
