We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain phone systems, answering calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
- Basic cleaning; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
Skills
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Previous roles within the hotel industry is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests from various backgrounds, ensuring positive interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor that reflects the values of hospitality excellence.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
