As a Front Desk Agent, you will check guests in and out, process all payments according to established hotel policy, provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors, assist in keeping all public areas clean and more. See below for further job description and qualifications.

- Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs
- Communicate to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, guests and team members needing front desk assistance
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Checking in of guests according to hotel policy.
- Checking out of guest according to hotel policy.
Job Qualifications
- Hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule such as 7-3, 3-11 and sometimes 11-7 including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude towards all guests, co-workers and the general public.
