Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a hotel setting. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping to maintain a pristine environment.

• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed for cleaning tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
