At Comfort Keepers, we provie uplifting in-home care for seniors, veterans, and adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. The Operations Supervisor is an integral role in ensuring extraordinary service to our clients while providing exceptional leadership to our team of compassionate caregivers and administrative staff.

Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor :
Leadership and direction for the operations team and managing the daily operations of the company.
Management and oversight of client and caregiver scheduling.
Proactively address and resolve client and caregiver complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Oversee and participate in the recruitment, orientation, and onboarding process for caregiving staff.
Consistently provide extraordinary client experiences through your team of trained, motivated, and engaged professionals.
Participates in the review, development, and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and programs.
Management of the after-hours on-call service / team.
Minimum Qualifications of the Operations Supervisor :
3 years supervisory experience in the service industry, home / health care highly preferred
Highly developed conflict mangement, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Ability to identify departmental priorities and make decisions to ensure work efforts and resources are employed appropriately
Proven written, verbal, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Skill in using computerized scheduling software
Physical Demands of the Operations Supervisor :
Walking, sitting, standing with lifting limited to files and records, typically not to exceed 25 pounds in weight
Extended time at computer work screen and on the telephone
