Scheduler / Human Resources
Job Classification : Non-Exempt
Job Summary :
Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the primary emphasis of this role is on providing administrative support, hiring and onboarding employees and overseeing care scheduling to ensure a high standard of excellence and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications :
- College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and other related computer skills (eRSP system knowledge preferred).
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding and retention of employees.
- Knowledge of scheduling or similar functions preferred.
- Above average interpersonal skills, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the senior care industry preferred.
- Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance.
- Able to pass a background check and illegal drug screening.

Essential Functions :

Office and client home environment.
Position Physical Demands :
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
