What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Comfort Keepers Kokomo?
Comfort Keepers Kokomo is currently accepting applications for an office position with the primary role of scheduling as well as support of all other office activities. The scheduling coordinator will work under the supervision of the General Manager as well as the Owner. The scheduling coordinator will be responsible for scheduling client visits, answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors in the office as well as other general office duties. This position does require participation in on-call rotation. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in Home Healthcare preferred.
