The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring and on-boarding candidates. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in various recruitment activities, including employee orientation, onboarding, and managing social media platforms to attract top talent. Also, scheduling employees as well as intake calls for potential clients. We are looking for a leader to help grow this new business and provide a culture that elevates the human spirt.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as really and Paradox to manage candidate applications efficiently.
- Engage in technical recruiting efforts to identify qualified candidates for specialized roles.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives by establishing relationships with universities and attending career fairs.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Oversee employee evaluations and feedback processes to support continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
- Maintain social media management efforts to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as really and Paradox are helpful.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting processes.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Exceptional phone skills with a focus on building positive relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Ability to learn scheduling, best practices within company, and communication with team.
