Responsibilities
- Community Engagement – Develop and implement community marketing events that promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Client Assessment – Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to ensure personalized care.
- Sales and Support – Make sales calls to introduce our services and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
- Caregiver Recruitment – Identify and recruit qualified caregivers to join our team.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1 year of previous office supervisory and management experience.
- Experience in marketing is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel and QuickBooks Pro would be a plus.
- Must be personable and have a genuine care for the interests of the elderly and caring for them.
