We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Patient Acquisition Marketer to join our home health agency. This role is pivotal in promoting our services and attracting new patients to ensure they receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their homes. Duties
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting potential patients and their families.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses to promote our services and generate referrals.
- Host educational events to raise awareness about home health services and how they can benefit patients.
- Engage with potential patients and their families via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to answer questions and guide them through the process of accessing our services.
- Work closely with clinical staff to understand service offerings and align marketing efforts with patient needs and agency capabilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient acquisition, marketing, or community outreach within the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
