Responsibilities:
- Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living
- Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene
- Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc
- Meal planning, cooking and baking
- Conversation and companionship
- Interactive Caregiving
- Errands and transportation
- Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipment
- Assistance with medication
- Dementia or Alzheimer’s care
- End of life care
- Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed
- Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving
- Exceptional attendance record
- DHS and driving record background clearance
- Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required
