What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Comfort Keepers?
Overview
Under the supervision of the location Manager, this employee will be responsible for screening applicants and scheduling interview with the manager, general office duties and accomplishing routine clerical work in a professional and timely manner. This position is full time at 40 hours a week. This is not a remote position. Reports directly to the location Manager.
Responsibilities
· Answer phones in a prompt manner, utilizing a professional tone.
· Place calls on hold for appropriate office team members or take detailed message for team member to return call when available.
· Make copies of Orientation and Onboarding folders
· Make copies of the Care Manual as directed by Client Care Coordinator.
· Scan documents to computer, and attach to client files, as directed by Client Care Coordinator.
· File paperwork in records as directed by team members.
· Make reminder phone calls to caregivers, as directed by the location Manager.
· Complete phone screening for caregiver applicants daily.
· Check applicant references and schedule interview with manager.
· Other miscellaneous office duties as required and directed by the location Manager.
Experience
High School diploma or GED and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
