Job Description:
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone. Your duties will include:
-Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
-Answering phone calls and scheduling and confirming patient appointments
-Managing new and existing patient intake and check-out
-Verifying insurance information
-Assisting with front desk tasks and other back office duties as needed
Requirements:
-Dentrix experience preferred
-Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
-Organized with excellent attention to detail
-Flexibility to take on various front desk duties as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
