Duties:

- Record Keeping: Utilize hotel management software to maintain accurate records of guest information and room status.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails professionally, providing clear and concise information to guests.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest concerns promptly and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.

- Experience: Proven experience in hospitality or a related field.
