Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established protocols.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel or facility policies.
Skills
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Strong understanding of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
