What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Comfort Suites?
Comfort Suites Hotel is seeking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position requires someone who is outgoing, upbeat, multi-tasking people person with great problem- solving skills. The Front Desk Associate will be answering multi-line phones, greeting guests, making reservation over the phone or in person, and checking in/out guests. In addition, you will be handling guest requests and needs to insure that they had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays are required. Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. If you are a professional, self-motivated individual with the skills it takes to be in the hotel industry we would like to have you in our team.
