What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Supervisor/Manager on Duty position at Comfort Suites?
We are seeking a qualified candidate with previous hotel experience to oversee the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure assigned job responsibilities are completed timely and satisfactorily.
The ideal candidate is an aspiring Assistant General Manager and will lead by example and support all departments when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Supervise Front Desk and Housekeeping department, providing training and support to enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Coordinate and schedule team members to complete job duties in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel operations and front desk management
- Experience or exposure to Housekeeping
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with night audit processes, and general accounting procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
