We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Process reservations and manage phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and night audits.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
