What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Breakfast Attendant position at Comfort Suites?

Duties:
- Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, and beverages
- Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored according to health and safety regulations
- Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic culinary skills such as food preparation, handling, and presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
