Position: Residential Comfort Specialist

As a Residential Comfort Specialist, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions to keep them happy year-round. If you're confident in your HVAC knowledge, skilled in sales, and energized by the idea of earning what you're worth while helping families—this is your chance to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building real relationships with homeowners—they’ll trust you, and you’ll earn it
Conducting in-home consultations to assess needs and present solutions tailored to each household
Explaining options, pricing, warranties, and financing with confidence and clarity
Following up with leads provided by our team—and generating new ones through referrals, networking, and outreach
Collaborating with install and service teams to ensure smooth execution and satisfied customers
Staying sharp on product knowledge, Comfort Temp’s offerings, and the latest in residential HVAC
Closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding your sales goals
Who You Are:
A confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people
A closer who builds trust naturally and follows through on promises
A minimum 2-year HVAC professional (residential-focused) who knows systems and speaks the homeowner’s language
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and proposal tools
A team player who can also hustle independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certifications or sales training a big plus
