What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Comfort Windows?
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Scheduler in our Rochester, NY office.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
The position will entail a variety of administrative duties primarily focused on:
- Scheduling of measurement and installation appointments with customers;
- Coordination of installation crew schedules to maximize efficiency and quality;
- Reviewing sales orders and final measurements for completeness and accuracy;
- Providing customer service over the telephone;
- Other office duties requested by Office Manager, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience providing administrative support in a construction-related environment, especially as it pertains to scheduling and/or dispatching;
- Solid customer service with proper telephone etiquette;
- Comfortable usage of technology for the purpose of data entry, scheduling, spreadsheets, etc.;
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective time management skills with attention to deadlines and details.
