What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative position at Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling, LLC?
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-time. Contact customers for the purpose of scheduling sales appointments for Home Solutions Advisors. Inform and educate customers of maintenance agreement program options and/or special company offers. Assist service department in scheduling existing maintenance customers. Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues. Assist owner/manager with various management functions including maintaining schedules, data management, report generation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
