At ComfortPlus Home Healthcare, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Operations Manager in our Doral office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the home healthcare agency, including scheduling, staffing, and care coordination
- Assist DON and Administrator by providing guidance to a team of nurses, therapists, and home health aides
- Assist DON and Administrator in developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal patient outcomes
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor agency performance and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as a liaison between the DON, Administrator, agency and external stakeholders, such as referring physicians and insurance providers
- Participate in the development and execution of the agency's strategic plan
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and active license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a home healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading a team in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records, Oasis, EMR, and other healthcare technology
