We are looking for a VP/Creative Director to lead the development of innovative AV campaigns within the OTT, Streaming, and CTV markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create award-winning trailers and integrated campaigns that meet the highest creative standards.
- Turn marketing objectives into creative strategies and oversee the team's production process.
- Assist in managing a team of producers to execute compelling and engaging promotional content.
- Provide direction for campaign writing and ensure that all projects align with brand positioning.
- Oversee the creative aspects of sales presentations and advertiser-sponsored promotions.
- Mentor and nurture the skills of producers, coordinators, and editors within the team.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that drives excellent results across all creative functions.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure that campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of experience in trailer development leadership, with a focus on TV and broadcast-centric campaigns in OTT, Streaming, or CTV.
- Preferred experience working with creative vendors, particularly in entertainment marketing agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, both offline and online editing, combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong creative writing abilities and a talent for storytelling.
- Evidence of developing groundbreaking promotional campaigns.
