Role Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support post-production and production operations. This part-time role involves coordinating workflows, managing assets, and ensuring smooth communication between teams to keep projects running efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience in post-production environments and a strong technical understanding of editing, graphics, and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day post-production operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across editorial, graphics, and capture teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting project-specific workflows and technical challenges.
- Coordinate project schedules, staffing, and workflows from kickoff to final delivery, working closely with producers and brand teams.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of creative assets throughout production, ensuring high standards from initial ingest to final delivery.
- Track client deliverables, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely handoffs at each stage of production.
- Supervise the quality control process for final assets, renders, and master files, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Manage the delivery of completed content, ensuring proper formatting, specifications, and distribution to designated platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Post-Production or VFX Coordinator in a high-volume post house or creative agency, or 2-3 years as an Assistant Editor or Finishing Editor in a similar setting.
- Knowledge of HD file-based workflows, including editorial and color grading (Resolve), editorial and AE, editorial and ProTools, and 3D production pipelines.
- Experience managing XML project transfers across editing and design environments.
- Familiarity with transcription workflows, particularly with SRT and VTT closed captioning formats.
- Understanding of video codecs, quality control standards, and post-production best practices.
- Experience handling social media video formatting, visual effects, and color workflows.
- Knowledge of broadcast and digital delivery processes, including audio mapping and metadata requirements.
- Familiarity with various HD camera formats (RED, Alexa, Canon DSLR, GoPro) and their corresponding transcoding workflows.
- A passion for gaming, entertainment, and pop culture is a plus.
