Salary Range: $200K - $230K annually

Position Summary:

Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Field and Mobile Integration Specialist to support USCB’s Decennial Information Technology Division (DITD) DITD to support cloud-native application transformation plans for Decennial operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and maintains a Decennial IT Roadmap for Data Architecture.
• Develops and deploys comprehensive data management framework, ensuring robust data accessibility, security, and usability for business insights and operational purposes.
• Defines the data strategy and architecture, creating data governance policies and procedures to uphold data quality, privacy, and security.
• Oversees the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, available, and secure databases and structures to ensure the reliability and performance of the Decennial system of systems.

Education, Experience & Certification Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in the following:

o Designing and implementing scalable data architectures for enterprise-level data sets, particularly large volumes generated from surveys and research initiatives
o Establishing comprehensive data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, metadata management, and compliance protocols
o Serving as a subject matter expert on complex data projects, ensuring the effective delivery of data solutions such as data lakes, warehouses, and analytics platforms
o Conducting detailed data assessments and architectural reviews to make informed decisions on data integration and system interoperability
o Implementing advanced data integration techniques, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, near real-time data processing solutions and Application Programming Interface (API) based solutions, to optimize data flows
o Leading efforts in migrating large-scale data sets to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
o Experience implementing and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) tools and technologies
o Experience with automated data governance using tools such as Immuta, Atlan, or Collibra.

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: (only one required):

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Informatica Certified Professional

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

• Basic office work environment at government facility location
• Hours of operation are M-F between 0600-1800.
• Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days
• Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer
