What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Support Manager position at Command Holdings?
CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Program Support Manager to support a potential contract for the Department of State.
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring the quality of staffing, contract deliverables and performance requirements are upheld during contract performance.
- Managing a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contract.
- Providing timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support services.
- Conducting continuous improvement activities to realize improved service delivery capabilities and performance.
- Promoting innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness while resolving problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
- Responding rapidly to additional operational support requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staff
- Participating in conference calls and digital video conferences with DOS and other U.S. Government agencies.
- Providing formal and informal briefings to visitors or at off-site conferences.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Expected salary range: $90,000-$120,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
- Direct experience with the Department of State including a working knowledge of their government policies, regulations, and directives.
- Eight (8) years of experience in supervising experience in a professional office environment including the following:
- managing a team of at least (100 ) personnel,
- managing a seasonal/temporary work force.
- Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload for large teams and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

- Direct experience with Consular Affairs/Passport Office.
