What You’ll Be Doing:
· Outreach and Prospecting: Make daily cold calls and in-person visits and send targeted emails to potential business sellers, aiming to reach 20-40 contacts per day with a focus on quality over quantity.
· Lead Qualification: Conduct preliminary research, vetting questions, and in-person scouting to identify high-potential leads.
· Appointment Scheduling: Set up initial meetings for the VP of Operations and EVP to discuss opportunities further with qualified leads, starting with 2 appointments per week and growing over time.
· Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in our tracking system to ensure consistent communication.
· Personalized Outreach: Develop tailored email messages and persuasive call scripts that engage decision-makers and move them toward scheduling meetings.
· Ongoing Strategy Improvement: Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance, ensuring the highest possible conversion rate.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, emails, and appointments set.
