About the Role
Weโre looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, spotting new business opportunities, and closing deals that drive growth. Youโll play a key role in helping us expand our client base and bring our full suite of eCommerce solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Lead Generation โ Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients through email outreach, cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn.
- ๐ค Client Engagement โ Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and position the right Commerce Pundit services.
- ๐ Sales Presentations โ Create and present tailored sales pitches that highlight our capabilities and results.
- ๐ Market Intelligence โ Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new market opportunities in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- ๐ง Strategy & Collaboration โ Work with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and sales strategies.
- โ๏ธ Proposal Management โ Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the sales pipeline through to close.
- ๐ Reporting โ Track leads, opportunities, and conversions; report progress regularly to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales/business development (eCommerce, IT services, or digital marketing agency preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities
- Confident in building relationships and engaging decision-makers
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
