What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment, Installation, Training and Technical Support position at Commerce Technologies?
Position:
- Highly motivated, reliable and detail oriented individual to fulfill, install, train and support our products and services including payment processing services, software and hardware along with Accounting software and payroll
- Configure credit card terminals, POS Systems, PC's, tablets and mobile phones
- Research and help implement strategies and procedures as necessary
- Use internal and industry standard procedures and general administrative tasks
- The willingness and ability to complete certifications and trainings
- Advanced internal and remote IT support
- Compliance and security management
- Coordinate new and existing accounts between Vendors, Inside/Outside Sales Team and Partners
- Review application and order submissions
- Oversee merchant account and other service application submissions
- Create PO's and invoices in QuickBooks and Synchronize Accounts between ACT!, BigCommerce & Customer Files
- Sales support and general administrative tasks
- Facilitate Solutions for Technical Support needs onsite and at customer locations
- Assertive outreach to customers and vendors
Responsibilities:
- Proven technical support experience
- Track record of reaching quota
- Patience and listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with PC's running MS Windows 10 & 11
- Experience with POS Systems, terminals and/or payment gateways a plus
- Experience with TDES, EMV, PCI and NFC a plus
- Installation of POS and Accounting/ERP Systems, software and hardware over the phone or on location.
- Payments industry experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Computer savvy
- Experience with ACT! and/or other related CRM's required
- QuickBooks or other accounting/ERP software a plus
- Payments, Accounting, IT or other technical industry experience
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
- 45 WPM or more without looking at keyboard
Compensation:
