Developing collection strategies, negotiation of repayment terms, overcoming stall tactics and objections, utilizing credit card and direct check payment options and resolving disputed accounts. You should be proficient in MS Office and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You’ll also learn about developing urgency, negotiations and conflict resolution. As well as the billing of health insurance claims and other professional credit and lending processes.

Requirements:
- Ability to handle large volume of inbound/outbound calls
- High school education or equivalent
- Show proficiency in use of MS Office programs
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures helpful
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Professional appearance and telephone protocol
- Proficient typing skills
