PRODUCT OWNER
Commercial Alliance provides a comprehensive suite of lending services designed to help credit unions succeed with business members across six states. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated professional to join our team to expand our product offerings to our customers.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Develop detailed requirements and ensure clear communication with relevant teams.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- User-Centric Focus: Ensure the product meets customer needs by continuously gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure the success of new features and improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business and technical requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Monday.com
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and related tools.
