Summary of Duties
This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to identify priorities and deadlines and determine work schedule to meet those deadlines. Must be able to multitask effectively and able to task switch quickly and effectively due to multiple items in process at all times. Must be able to work effectively in a fast past work environment and be self-motivated. Willingness and flexibility to work in a team setting. Must possess PC skills at an intermediate level. The ability to make decisions within set parameters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Included but not limited to:
- Processing of loan files.
- Processing of files after loan closing.
- Assisting Lenders on various tasks related to loan files.
- Daily loan servicing responsibilities.
- Provide efficient, friendly service to lenders, customers and vendors on the phone and/or in person as needed.
- Scanning, typing and clerical work as needed.
- Communicating effectively through both verbal and written formats

Education/Certification/Licensing:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Internet, and related computer skills.
- Some banking or related experience or education preferred
Other Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a team setting.
- Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must possess PC skills at an intermediate level. Ability to use the Internet.
- Ability to learn compliance and law issues as they apply to mortgages.
