Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by conducting maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain and repair logic controllers, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems
• Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the facility's safety and efficiency

Skills

• Experience working as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role
• Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
• Knowledge of Ammeter usage and electrical systems
• Familiarity with militarise procedures for equipment maintenance is a plus
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and logic controllers
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with internal teams

Pay: From $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
• CMMS: 2 years (Preferred)
