Duties

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance and development.
• Utilize HR software such as Salesforce, Workday, ADP, and PeopleSoft for managing employee records and payroll.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent management.
• Implement effective lead generation techniques to attract top talent.
• Engage in executive recruiting efforts to fill high-level positions within the organization.
• Oversee social media management to promote company culture and job openings.
• Assist in developing training programs that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as Salesforce, Workday, ADP, or PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Strong skills in employee evaluation and talent management practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in cold calling when necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within HR functions.
