Location: Hendersonville, TN, 37075
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound warm and hot lead sales calls
- Responding to incoming calls
- Ensuring a positive, high quality customer experience through all interactions
- Reviewing and revising customer quotes
- Taking/processing customer payments
- Meeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction excellence
- Required reading
- Meeting sales quotas
Skills/Experience:
- Experience using a CRM
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Sales experience in a call center setting
- Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Use a headset to communicate verbally by phone
