Electrical Assembly – Swing shift position

We are hiring multiple Electrical Assembly positions in the Canonsburg area with a starting wage of $ 2 2.95 per hour for a leading manufacturer of power transformers for electric utility and industrial applications. You will install tubing, control cabinets, conduit, grounding cable, terminal boards, and other electrical devices.

Electrical Assembly Responsibilities :

• Perform various functions related to the set-up, make ready, and tear down of winding operation.
• Construction and quality of a core and coil assembly and associated tanking procedures.
• Direct mechanical work using a variety of tools and equipment including cranes, forklifts, hand and power tools, hydraulic and air equipment, hot oil systems, vacuum pumps, and other tools.
• Process unit for testing and prepare for shipping.
• Work from schematics, blueprints & diagrams to assemble parts and wiring into control cabinets.
