What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production & Manufacturing - Direct Hire position at Commercial Employees?
We are filling Production & Manufacturing positions in Canonsburg for a world-renowned manufacturer of premium cookware. These Production & Manufacturing roles are Direct Hire positions. You will be an immediate full-time employee of the company (not temp to hire). $19 / hour to start, with OT available and fast increases to over $23.50.
In these Production & Manufacturing positions, you may be involved in a variety of phases of production, including:
In these Production & Manufacturing positions, you may be involved in a variety of phases of production, including:
- Stamping sheet metal into blanks
- Running hydraulic presses to form products
- Operating buffing machines for finishing
- Performing riveting, QA / QC and final assembly
- Packaging in preparation for shipping
Production & Manufacturing Requirements:
- Swing Shift role – you will rotate between 1st and 2nd Shifts
- Monday through Friday work week with OT and weekends available
- Jobs require standing, bending, twisting, manual handling of products, and performing a range of manual labor needs
- Background Check and Drug Screen required
- High school grad or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation (not on bus line)
