Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring project objectives are met.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data analysis to assess project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.

Skills

• Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in VersionOne for Agile project management practices.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear documentation and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies to facilitate adaptive planning and iterative development.
• Experience in cost control techniques to manage budgets effectively.
• Background in IT project management with a focus on technology-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with Primavera for scheduling and resource management.
• Proven vendor management skills to foster productive relationships with external partners.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
