- Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines
- Resolve Project issues, conflicts, and changes by applying effective problem solving and decision-making techniques
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, and reviews to drive project progress and resolve any challenges
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Familiarity with contract management processes and legal requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
