Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Cohen Commercial, you will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to support our business objectives through creative campaigns and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth in commercial real estate.
• Develop and carry-out branding strategies.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team for industry understanding and market knowledge to use in campaign development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, analysis, and income-generating ideas.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and impact on revenue.
• Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website and social media channels.
• Identify and implement innovative ways to reach potential clients and drive market growth.
• Research/plan for/attend career fairs, trade shows and networking events
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's in Marketing from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a preference for those with exposure to commercial real estate or a related industry.
• Proven track record of creating measurable marketing campaigns that have contributed to revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful individual with a passion for thinking outside the box and seeing results.
• Ability and drive to follow through and follow up on every task
• Player-coach mentality - Ability to both delegate and oversee while also remaining heavily involved in the process (no job to big or too small)
