Model 1 Ford of Warsaw is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and preowned vehicles to customers in a designated territory. Fluency in Spanish is must!

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media posts.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships

Minimum Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role helpful.
• Ability to manage a territory effectively
• Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales
• Must be Bilingual and be Fluent Spanish!
• Knowledge of retail sales and or automotive sales a plus!

Annual income can be up to $120,000 dependent on skillset
