Commercial Loan Originator

Responsibilities

1. Engage with commercial loan sponsors looking for financing.
2. Document and summarize loan request in an executive summary.
3. Enter summary and loan request into our proprietary system
4. Setup call with the customer to qualify mutual interest and document requests
5. Collect and forward document requests in order to generate a loan term sheet
6. Collect our loan fee agreement from the client
7. Stay actively engaged as point of contact until closing

Qualifications

1. Candidates in the real estate or finance industries preferred
2. Only Service oriented candidates with impeccable Honesty and Integrity need apply
