Position Summary – Press Brake Operator
Primarily responsible for CNC programming, running and monitoring a Press Brake machine for steel.
2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM-1:30AM
Responsibilities:
· Operate press break machine.
· Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom tooling.
· Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.
· Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
· Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments.
· Perform programming using all features of the press brake.
· Work with tight tolerances.
· Use ERP and barcoding to post production results.
· Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
· Follow all safety criteria.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
