Job Title : Outside Sales-Product Specialist
Reports To : VP Product Sales
Primary Focus : CRS is hiring an outside B2B recreation sales representative to help us grow.
Location : Remote with travel. Territory includes : TX, NM, MS, OK, AR, LA. Candidate must reside in TX, NM or MS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect for new business via site visits, phone calls, emails
- Receive and vet inbound sales leads; follow up via phone, email and Microsoft Teams
- Establish productive, professional relationships with decision makers
- Prepare and present proposals via telephone and Microsoft Teams
- Partner with inside sales, management and share-holders; make site visits when appropriate
- Track sales progress in Sugar CRM
- Actively attend and participate in department, company and customer meetings
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Able to meet physical requirements of routine office work. Lifting and / or moving objects weighing up to 25lbs.
Professional office position with frequent viewing of computer screens
Office environment, on site at customer's locations, tradeshows
Travel Needs
This is a remote position but candidate must live within territory. This position will require up to 50% travel to customer's locations, trade shows, and CRS headquarters in Verona, WI.
FSLA Exempt / Non-exempt Classification :
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and not subject to the requirements for payment for any hours worked in excess of 40 in a week (overtime). This position is expected to occasionally require hours in excess of 40 hours per week during seasonal needs, for business-related travel or if related to a special project.
