Job Title: Waterfront Services Field Supervisor
Reports to: Production Manager
Primary Focus: Responsible for managing all waterfront field services and CRS warehouse operations
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
The Waterfront Services Field Supervisor will be based out of the Verona office but will also work remotely for extended periods of time. The Waterfront Services Field Supervisor will manage all hands-on waterfront service and warehouse operations. This position will work in conjunction with Waterfront Services Project Manager to effectively execute and manage these operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and overall performance of the service teams, as well as the safety of all crew/staff members.
During the season, beginning around March 1st and ending around October 31st each year, the Field Supervisor will lead a service team to perform installations and takedowns at various locations across the US, and manage all other service crews. This position is responsible for the quality, efficiency, and overall performance of the service team, as well as the safety of all crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and logistical prep work consisting of, but not limited to: Screening, coordinating/conducting virtual interviews and working interviews with prospective candidates, hiring, and training for waterfront crew members and warehouse staff
- Assisting with the quoting and scheduling of jobs by crew
- Ordering, assembling, and maintaining all necessary supplies, equipment, and documentation needed by crew leaders
- Communication with customers regarding upcoming services, dates, customer deliverables, and CRS crew information
- Interface with customers on answering questions, creating and communicating quotes, etc.
- SOP development and implementation
- Availability to be a participant in virtual meetings, phone calls, and answer emails outside of Installation and Take Down Seasons as necessary
- Install inflatable floating aqua parks in lakes, ponds and ocean settings (spring)Assume responsibility for the work completed by the Crew conforms strictly with each manufacturer's installation specifications
- Unbox, inflate, and assemble inflatables in accordance with the applicable park design layout
- Position and install various sizes and types of anchors
- Connect inflatable products to corresponding anchor lines
- Assist in the process of removing and winterization of inflatable aqua parks (fall)Conduct deep cleaning of inflatable products at the end of the season
- Deflate, fold, and bag inflatable products for winter storage
- Coordinate and book all travel and lodging arrangements for the crew they are leading and for other crews as needed
- Serve as the primary communicator with the on-site contact/customer at each job location
- Submit all credit card receipts and crew payroll weekly to the CRS Accounting Department, and ensure all crew leaders are doing the same on-time and accurately
- Business development initiatives:
- Drone pictures and video collateral of completed installations
- Inspect on-site spare parts inventory at jobsites and push sales of recommended items to have on-hand throughout the season
- Promote the CRS repair business to our customers and driving repairs/sales to that business as applicable
- Communicating all sales opportunities to the CRS Sales Representative
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including, but not limited to:
- Inflatable repair, quoting, and invoicing
- Product and supply inventory
- Shipping & receiving orders
- Managing vehicle and equipment routine maintenance with documented records
- Perform repair and maintenance services to inflatables, both on site and in a warehouse setting
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager
Preferred Education, Background & Skills:
- At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Prior work experience in the commercial recreation industry and/or SCUBA certified is preferred
- Forklift certification is preferred
- English speaking; Spanish a plus

Off-season: Able to meet all physical requirements of routine office work
In-season: Very strong swimming skills, frequently required to list 100lbs and work outside for extended periods of time
Level of Visual Acuity:
Professional office position with prolonged viewing of computer screens
Environmental Conditions:
Inside office and outdoor project locations; trips to project sites
Travel Needs:
This position requires sustained seasonal overnight and weekend travel to customers' locations during two main seasons in spring and fall. Related travel expenses are covered by the company.
FSLA Exempt/Non-exempt Classification:
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and not subject to the requirements for payment for any hours worked in excess of 40 in a week (overtime). This position is expected to occasionally require hours in excess of 40 hours per week during seasonal needs, for business-related travel or if related to a special project.
