Job Overview:
At CSS, we’re looking for a self-driven Telemarketer to play a vital role in generating high-quality leads that will help us excel in our industry. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, setting the tone for a positive and engaging relationship, and driving the conversation toward securing future sales. You’ll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, setting the stage for closing deals and contributing directly to our company’s growth. This is a full-time, in-office position where your success will be rewarded with commission-based bonuses in addition to your competitive base salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, initiating conversations about our services.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and pass along high-value opportunities to our sales team.
- Nurture and engage conversations that have a delay in the sales sequence.
- Consistently meet or exceed call and sales goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up as needed.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless transition from lead to sale.
Qualifications:
