Paramount Pergolas in partnership with Commercial Service Innovation, a leading mechanical contractor in central Iowa specializing in commercial HVAC, Kitchen Equipment, and Refrigeration is looking for a versatile individual to join our team. Paramount Pergolas, a division of Commercial Service Innovation, is a dealer of StruXure’s outdoor automated pergola system and strives to provide residential and commercial clients in central Iowa with a luxury outdoor solution to bring the indoors out. In addition to the automated pergola's, Paramount also specializes in installing motorized powered screens. These products enhance the living experience of high end clients around the state of Iowa.
This individual must have a high attention to detail, strong construction background, solves problems, has experience and knowledge of decks, strong communication skills, builds positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and inspectors, is up-to-date with current local laws and building codes, a team player, open to new ideas, and is willing to learn.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/move up to 100 pounds frequently.
- Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, crouch, push, lift, carry, and grip product when installing.
- Must be able to go up and down ladders, as well as work on top of a roof.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.
