Our company has been family owned and operated since 1997 and specializes in concrete paving and flatwork, bridge rehabilitation, new bridge construction, underground utilities, sitework, box culverts, trucking, aggregate sales, and equipment rental. Job Description
General labor work on our construction projects include but not limited to: forming, pouring and finishing concrete, operating a jackhammer, tying rebar, sandblasting, operating small tools and equipment. Applicant must have reliable transportation, be self-driven, hard work ethic, and safety minded. Projects are located throughout the state of Iowa. Overnights may be required based on project location. Travel expenses are paid by company.
Ideal Qualifications
- Past experience in bridge construction, concrete paving, or heavy civil construction
- Past experience performing labor on construction projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel around the state of Iowa
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project demands
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
