Our Bridge/Community Resource Center is seeking a Foster Grandparent Program Manager that will:
- Maintain the planning and coordination of community engagement, outreach activities, recognition and program events.
- Participate in advisory committees, meetings and support the agency’s activity initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and ongoing evaluation of volunteers to ensure program requirements and outcomes are met
- Develop and maintain training/evaluations of volunteer stations throughout the service region.
- Uphold and maintain an active Advisory Council whose membership and role(s) meet the regulations, requirements and needs of the program.
- Supervise and direct all assigned staff in compliance with all agency, personnel policies and funding source regulations
- Model decisive, accountable leadership for staff and support company culture
- Regularly assess the program, collect and summarize performance data and identify areas of improvement. Grant writing assistance may be required.
- Manage program budgets in collaboration with Director Of Community Services, Chief Operating Officer and Fiscal Department
Candidate Qualifications:
- An AAS or bachelor’s degree in human services, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field. BA preferred.
- Case management & community action/nonprofit experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience directly managing staff. 3 years minimum preferred.
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Valid and good standing driver’s license required (driving required)
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without the need for Visa Sponsorship
